A legal disclaimer
All engine sales will be accompanied by a signed West Virginia bill of sale. The Buyer
accepts receipt of the bill of sale and understands that the Personal Property is sold on an "as is, where is" condition with no guarantees or warranties, either expressed or implied. All Hillbilly Garage Engines will have tamper proof markings to determine if the engine block has been changed or altered after completion of the sale.
Refund Policy - the basics
If you have an issue with an engine block that you purchased from Hillbilly Garage please contact us directly. Engine blocks that have been altered after point of sale will not be refunded.
All sales on sticker merchandise will be refunded only if the item was damaged during shipping. The buyer must provide pictures of the damaged item and proof of sale.
All clothing merchandise will be refunded when the unworn item is returned to Hillbillygarage1215.
Refunds will not be processed on items that were purchased more than 60 calander days from the date the refund is requested.
